Q. What do the tiaras cost?

A. Our prices start from £15 upwards and cost is dependant on the type of beading used and the level of detail required. Contact us with your requirements and we can provide an accurate quote. Tiaras with Swarovski Crystals in them are more expensive and start at £30.

Q. Can you make up tiaras in accordance with my colour scheme?

A. We have a wide range of beads, pearls, feathers, wire and crystals available to make your dream headpiece or tiara. We can match up beads to your colour scheme exactly and can send you a sample bead before we make up the tiara.

Q. Is it possible to arrange an appointment to try on your tiara designs?

A. Yes please contact us via e-mail or mobile to do this and we can arrange a time for you to try on our designs and have some fun. You can make an appointment to come and see us. If we are too far away, we can send pictures and ideas across the web.

Q. How long does an order take?

A. This is dependant on stock availability, if we have beads readily available we are able to turn orders round quickly within 2-3 weeks.

Q. I’ve only got two weeks to my wedding is it possible to produce a tiara in this timeframe?

A. Yes this is possible, get in touch with us and we will see what we can do, if we have our stock available this is not a problem.

Q. I don’t know exactly what I want but have seen something in a magazine can we use this as a guide?

A. Yes, if you have a specific idea, send us a picture or drawing , or describe it and we will work with you to make the perfect tiara. We also have a portfolio which you can review and get some ideas from our current designs. We can also design something specifically for you.

Q. How will I receive my tiara?

A. Postage costs £6 and this cost will be added to the cost of your tiara. The tiara will be sent on next day delivery to be with you before lunchtime. You need to be available to sign for your delivery.

Q. Do you also do bridesmaids accessories?

A. Refer to our products pages for information on our product areas, we do tiaras for brides, bridesmaids and even mother of the bride and groom accessories to match your colour scheme.

Q. I also notice you hire fairy cake stands do you make cakes?

A. No this is purely for DIY cake purposes, you make the cakes we hire you the stand.

Q. What do the cake stands cost to hire?

A. Stand hire starts at £15 with a £100 returnable deposit. You collect the stand from us and return it without damage and your deposit is refunded accordingly. This is a cost effective way of displaying your cakes for your guests.

Q. How long does a Wedding Dress Order take?

A. They take approximately 12-14 weeks from the Order date.

Q. How are alterations handled?

A. We take the measurements from you and have a seamstress that we work with to work on your fittings.

Q. What sizes are the dresses available in?

A. They are available in sizes 8-32.

Q. Can I get the dresses from anywhere else in the South East?

A. We are the only stockist in the South East there are other stockists in other areas of the UK.
